ABOUT

Hockessin P.A.L.

The Hockessin PAL has serviced over 5,000 youth since our opening on March 29, 2001. PAL is open to any youth and there has never been a fee for membership.

We host several educational and athletic activities, including: STEAM Works, Health & Fitness Club, computer lab with internet access, game room, seasonal sports leagues/clinics, summer camp, and three basketball courts for open-gym/free-play.

A few of the drop-in activities we host include: basketball, flag football, baseball, wrestling, volleyball, soccer, floor hockey, dodgeball, kickball, and wiffleball.

ABOUT

New Castle/Garfield Park P.A.L.

Opened in 1994, the Garfield Park PAL was the very first site for the Police Athletic League of Delaware and continues to be our most highly populated center. Serving youth from 8 through 18 years old, the Garfield Park PAL offers a wide range of prevention-based programs and positive development opportunities.

Our programs include the S.A.V.E. Program, STEM activities, a fully equipped computer lab with internet access, a game room, seasonal sports leagues and clinics, and two basketball courts for open-gym and free play.

We also offer a variety of drop-in activities such as basketball, flag football, baseball, wrestling, soccer, floor hockey, dodgeball, kickball, and wiffleball. Like the other PAL of Delaware facilities, we offer FREE membership.
